After returning to Twitter earlier this week I’ve decided that if I can update that several times a day then I can kick out a few blog entries each week. At the moment I haven’t got a whole lot to say (it is 4am and my brain is on shut down), one thing I can tell you about this week is passing kidney stones bloody hurts – I recommend you try it!

I’ve also shoved a little Twitter feed at the top of the page so this place will continue to be kept up-to-date… from a certain point of view!
